NEXT RETREAT:
July 6: Volleyball and Youth Retreat
Check-in: Friday- 6:30-8:00pm.
Saturday- 8:00am-9:00am.
State Business meeting Saturday- 8:30am.
Worship and Communion- 9:30am
Tournament begins- 10:00am
Sunday dismissal is at 9:30am.
Everyone must leave the camp as camp staff and Hus
School campers arrive Sunday afternoon.
Registration DEADLINE is June 16. FORMS & FEES must be received by this date. No EXCEPTIONS.
Youth fee: $30; Adult overnight guests: $10.
Anyone over 18 must have a background check, so be sure all adults submit a form. (No fee for ADULTS no staying the night.)
Group Eligibility for Volleyball

Team members must be 12-21 years of age as of July 6, and be active in your local youth group.

Number of teams must be submitted by June 16. Rosters must be turned in by 8:30am Saturday.

Youth Groups must submit names and email (snail mail if no email) of each active member and sponsor for their group and a summary of their activities for the year by June 16.
Youth Retreats for 2023-2024
Youth retreats are for any youth ages 12-21. (11-year-olds in 6th grade may also attend.) These retreats are held at the Hus Encampment. Come hang out and reconnect with camp friends through Bible lessons, games, music, and special activities.

Retreat Fee $30 (Late fee $15)
Late registrations are accepted with a late fee; however, t-shirts will not be able to be ordered.
Check in and dismissals vary. See retreat forms for details.
Please note that staff is aware that these retreats sometimes conflict with school activities. Youth are welcome to arrive late/leave early if needed.
SPECIAL PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES
FOR RETREATS
SEPTEMBER
Service: We collected donations for Foster Love of Bell County, benefitting children displaced through CPS.
Items collected: Diapers, wipes, socks, undergarments, toiletries, hair care, shampoos, conditioners, soaps, backpacks, tote bags, books, journals, school supplies
Special Activity: Water Slides
NOVEMBER
Service: Collecting coloring and writing supplies for operation Christmas Child.
We will also be painting pencil bags & making Christmas ornaments to be distributed to veterans at the VA.
JANUARY
Service: Plans are to visit the Caldwell assisted living facility and to visit and play games with residents. More info to come.
MARCH
Service: We will be setting up for the kids rally Friday evening and then leading the children's rally for kids ages 3-11 from 8am-3pm on Saturday
Special Activity: Youth will travel to College Station for fun & fellowship Saturday evening. Details TBA.
